The characteristics of EVA soles are good softness, rubber-like elasticity, good flexibility at 0°C, good transparency and surface gloss, good chemical stability, good anti-aging and ozone resistance, and non-toxicity. It has good blending properties with fillers and has good coloring and molding processability.

It has a lot to do with the vinyl acetate content and molecular weight as well as the melt index. When the melt index (MI) is constant and the vinyl acetate (VA) content increases, the elasticity, flexibility, compatibility, transparency, etc. are also improved. When the VA content decreases, the performance is close to polyethylene, the stiffness increases, and the wear resistance and electrical insulation are improved.

If the VA content is constant, the melt index increases, the softening point decreases, the processability and surface gloss are improved, but the strength decreases. Otherwise, the molecular weight increases with the decrease of MI, and the impact performance and environmental stress cracking resistance are improved. The polarity of acetate increases elasticity and viscosity, reduces crystallinity and electrical properties, and is soluble in hydrocarbon solvents and oils.

Maintenance:

1. Buy suitable shoes for maintenance and instructions.

2. After the upper is dirty, wipe it gently with a soft cotton cloth, clean water or detergent. Then let the shoes dry. After the special upper is damp, the shoes should be placed in a cool place to dry. Avoid direct sunlight or high temperature baking to avoid aging, deformation and discoloration.

3. Avoid contact with sharp chemicals.

4. Sandals should not be used for strenuous exercise.

5. Keep more than two pairs of interchangeable shoes and let the shoes take turns to rest.
